This little guy is a double-wheel: one is for one side, the other for the other side. It says it was copyrighted in 1914, but I don't know if this actual wheel is that old. It's in like-new condition and measures five and three-fourths by thee and a quarter inches. It helps one learn semaphore and morse code. This must have been made for Boy Scout use. This is a sturdy wheel to be sure. And it actually has a price printed on it.
